Twister Pass and BT Compressor are 2 of my favs. I have more sucess with the BTC. Twister pass I gotta work on it. When I’m gassed the BTC is harder to pull off for me.
The BC is a tough one if you are not fresh or the guy has some seriously strong legs. Twister pass and Capoeira pass I find to be much easier to pull off (strong man jiu jitsu isn’t my forte).
Depends….There is a lot of information covered and I usually throw up between 3-5 moves covered in a seminar.Obviously I can’t put up everything and there is a lot that doesn’t show up.
The best way to learn is GO TO a seminar or train with Eddie or another 10th Planet General.
I was the one that got belted at that seminar. I was curious cause its nice to have little reminder of the finer details to review every once in a while.
Thanks
By the way for those of you that haven’t ever attended one, it was a great seminar and there is no substitute for in person instruction. The videos are great, but being there lets you see more detail that you don’t in the video.

What is the BC? Is that the one where you posture up and sit back on it?
Nope…you grab around the persons butt and sprawl backwards….video going up on Submissions 101 in the next few days.
Ari, Do you post all the moves covered in seminars?
