10th Planet DFW’s Brandon Quick shows a new brutal way to set up the twister from the 100%. It traps the opponent’s far arm, making it easier to apply the submission.

    You go from getting shot in on to entangling your guy in a humiliating, painful defeat. Ouch. I’d like to see this happen in action if the dudes at DFW can tape homeboy rolling with someone else.
